i decided to reopen commissions! ♥ for more information, refer to my journal entry.

☆ concealed cash
NOTE: if you happen to use concealed cash as your form of payment, please use bills, no coins. if you need to use coins, please wrap them up safely so that they don't make any sound when you move the envelope around.
- once i accept your order, i will give you my PO BOX or paypal email!
- NO REFUNDS! the only way it can be canceled is if i cancel it myself for some odd reason.
- you must agree to the final design after i submit my initial design sketch to you. if final linework has begun, no further changes will be accepted. if changes are absolutely needed, any changes are considered a "Change Order." "Change Orders" that require redrawing of 50% or more of the entire drawing require a second (full) payment, or at least half of the original payment.
